Application Fees
A one-time fee of $284 is due with submission of student application and is non-refundable.
A semester fee of $237 is due with submission of course selection. This fee is non-refundable.

1. Application and Registration Fees: These fees are not refundable.
2. Tuition payments: Tuition payments may be divided into 5 equal payments.

2nd payment due July 1st
3rd payment due August 1st
4th payment due September 1st
5th payment due October 1st
Spring semester
1st payment due November 1st
2nd payment due December 1st
3rd payment due January 1st
4th payment due February 1st
5th payment due March 1st
3. Tuition payment is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 10th.
4. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each late payment.
5. If payment is not made by four weeks after the due date, the student(s) may be removed from their classes until accounts are reconciled.
6. Tuition refund policy:
(a) A Family tuition (including any fees, etc.) is not refundable after the first two weeks of a semester. When a student withdraws or is expelled from Logos in one or more classes after the initial period for adding or dropping classes, the tuition will not be refunded if the student has already paid in full and may not be transferred to pay a balance for another family member. Tuition due by installment is expected to be paid in full or the student and siblings will not receive a transcript, receive any services or be allowed to register in the future until the family balance is paid in full.
(b) All course tuition payments will be 100% refundable for any course that is canceled by the academy. Parents will have an option for any class that is moved to a different time-slot. They can either receive a refund or can select to attend at the new time.
